A monolith of stacked Vals quartzite mimicking the the lost coastal cliffs of the Arctic. A monumental frame that captures the sea’s horizon for the people, while offering protected ledges for the displaced Kittiwake. An architecture of coexistence, anchored in presence yet designed for transition.
